FAQ
Short answers to common questions.
›Is my in-game pUSD balance real money?
No. Your in-game pUSD balance has no monetary value. It can't be bought, sold, withdrawn or sent to another player. It only exists to trade inside the game.
›What's the difference between in-game pUSD and the $PAPER token?
In-game pUSD is the play balance you trade with, reset to 10,000 every day. $PAPER is a separate Solana token that launches after Season 1. The in-game balance is never converted into the token. See $PAPER token.
›Can I lose real money?
No. You never deposit anything. The worst case on any day is losing your pUSD, and you get a fresh 10,000 the next day.
›Where do prices come from?
From Pyth, an oracle network that aggregates prices from major exchanges and trading firms. Our server reads them every second. See Markets and prices.
›When does the day end?
At 00:00 UTC. Open positions are closed at the current price, the ranking is locked in and points are awarded. Then everyone starts again at 10,000 pUSD.
›Why am I not on the leaderboard?
You need at least 5 closed trades in the day, and your account must be in good standing (not under review). See Fair play.
›Why was I liquidated before my margin hit zero?
Positions are liquidated when they have 10% of their margin left, not at zero. See Leverage and liquidation.
›Is there a prize right now?
The prize pool starts when the $PAPER token launches, because the pool is funded by the token's trading fees. Until then you farm points for the airdrop. See Prize pool.
›Can I use more than one account?
No. One person, one account. Multiple accounts lose their points and can be banned. See Fair play.
›Why do I need X to sign in?
It keeps the game fair. An X account with history is much harder to fake than an email address, which makes it harder to farm with fake accounts.
